You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account on Juya. Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Submitting false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
Each person may only register one account. Different members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but sharing a device or payment method may trigger a verification check.

All bets placed on Juya are final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error. The cash-out feature allows you to exit a bet while it is in play, though this is optional and the cash-out value is determined by Juya.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned: if cancelled before kick-off, stakes are refunded. If cancelled after play has begun, completion rules apply — a minimum of 5 overs for cricket or 45 minutes for football must have been completed for the result to stand. Otherwise, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg is settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs stand. The maximum multiplier available on an accumulator is 500×.

A rollover requirement means you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10× rollover, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets. You can track your rollover progress in your profile.
Bonus abuse — including operating multiple accounts, submitting false information, or placing low-risk bets solely to convert a bonus — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended if detected by Juya.
Every bonus has a set expiry date. If the rollover requirement is not met before it expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. The Welcome Bonus typically has a 30-day validity period.
